The RIGID boiler furnace maintenance lifting platform (GJPT-P series) is a suspended man-riding equipment specially designed for the maintenance of water-cooled walls in large boilers. By means of a suspension mechanism erected on top of the boiler, the platform is driven by hoists and wire ropes to move up and down along the vertical surface of the boiler's water-cooled wall. First, the platform adopts a dual fall-protection system independently configured for personnel and equipment. The hoist in the control (active) safety system is equipped with a power-off braking device, while the safety lock in the fall-arrest (triggered) safety system has a fall-prevention function. In addition, the personal fall-arrest safety system uses a lifeline independent of the equipment, achieving separation of man and machine to maximize the life safety of operators.
Second, the equipment is equipped with an upper limit protection device. When the platform reaches the set height, it will automatically stop ascending, effectively preventing top-crashing accidents.
