Power and Hoisting System
The heart of the ZLP250 is the high-efficiency LTD50 electric hoist, with a rated power of 1.1kW. It provides a lifting speed of 9 m/min, ensuring fast access to the working position—a critical factor as building height increases. The system operates on a 3-phase 380V (optional 415V/220V) supply at 50Hz/60Hz, guaranteeing stable performance.
Fast Installation and Set-Up
Thanks to its modular design, the ZLP250 can be installed and set up for operation very quickly. The two wire ropes are simply hooked onto the suspension points, and the power cable is plugged in. An extra power point can be integrated for tools like drills or inspection lamps, eliminating the need for additional supply cables.

Secondary Safety Wire Rope: Equipped with an independent safety rope for double protection.
OSL308 Overspeed Safety Lock: Automatically locks the platform in the event of primary rope failure or excessive tilting.
Electromagnetic Brake and Centrifugal Lowering: The hoist includes an electromagnetic brake, and in the event of a power failure, the centrifugal brake allows for controlled manual lowering to ensure safe rescue.
