The Rigid CP Series BMU Suspended Platforms are available in two configurations — single-point (ZLP250) and double-point (CP70) — designed for single-person lightweight operations in confined spaces and heavy-duty multi-person work on wide facades respectively, with rated load capacities ranging from 250 kg to 630 kg to meet the aerial maintenance demands of virtually any building facade. Each platform is equipped with either a centrifugal overspeed safety lock (OSL308) or an anti-tilt safety lock (LSF308), integrated with a three-phase intelligent control system and a manual descent function in the event of power failure, delivering a multi-layered active safety protection system. Single Point Suspended BMU Platform
Designed for confined spaces, localised facade maintenance, and lightweight operations, the single-point platform is compact and highly manoeuvrable. With a single centrally mounted hoist, its footprint is significantly reduced, allowing easy access to areas unreachable by double-point platforms.

The RIGID BMU Suspended Platform comprises five core modules — the main platform, hoists, safety locks, rope winders, and electrical control system — working in concert to deliver a comprehensive, multi-layered safety protection system.
Main component description

1. Upper limit board/upper limit switch
Automatically triggered when the platform reaches the top to prevent overshoot and ensure job safety.
2. Work wire rope/safety wire rope
Double rope redundant design, working rope carrying capacity, and safety rope as emergency protection.
3. Anti tilt safety lock (dual suspension points)
LSF308 swing arm type, instantly locks the safety rope when the platform tilts or the working rope breaks.
4.Hoist (LTD-P series)
The electromagnetic brake motor, combined with a two-stage deceleration system, drives the platform to rise and fall smoothly.
5. Electrical control box
Three phase five wire power supply, built-in phase sequence protector, 36V low-voltage control circuit.
6. Rope Harvester (SSD700)
Automatically manage steel wire ropes for long-distance operations to avoid entanglement .
7. Lower limit gear lever
When the platform descends to the ground, the lower limit switch is triggered and the descent automatically stops.
Anti-tilt Safety Lock
The pendulum-type mechanical safety lock is triggered instantly when the height difference between the two ends of the platform exceeds the limit or when the working rope breaks, locking the safety steel wire rope to prevent platform tilting or falling.
Overspeed Safety Lock
Centrifugal trigger safety lock: when the descending speed exceeds the limit, the centrifugal mechanism responds quickly and stops the platform instantly. The manual unlock design ensures continuous protection until the fault is resolved.
Electromechanical Overload Limiter
Real-time monitoring of the total platform load. When the load exceeds the rated value, it automatically stops the ascent and triggers an alarm, fundamentally preventing safety hazards caused by overload operation.
Dual Limit Protection
Double protection provided by the upper limit switch and the ultimate upper limit switch ensures that the platform does not exceed the safe working range; the lower limit stop bar prevents the platform from striking ground obstacles.
Phase Sequence Protector
The built-in phase sequence protector inside the electrical control box automatically detects phase sequence, phase loss, and voltage abnormalities of the three-phase power supply, preventing equipment malfunction caused by power supply faults.
Manual Emergency Lowering
All hoists are equipped with a manual descent function. In the event of a sudden power outage, the operator can manually release the brake using a dedicated lever, allowing the platform to descend safely to the ground at a constant speed.
